UTSA’s Honors College Study Abroad Programs offer students the opportunity to mature personally and academically as well as to enhance future career opportunities. The programs, available during the annual mini-mester session in May of each year, allow students to earn credit towards their degree program. Financial aid and scholarships may be applicable and scholarships are available specifically for study abroad. An opportunity to discover yourself gain independence and confidence through meeting new people and exploring different cultures awaits you. The major source of scholarships for UTSA Study Abroad Programs is the UTSA International Education Fund.
The deadline for applying for these scholarships is in February, 2014. When you fill out the UTSA Study Abroad
Application you will also be able to complete the scholarship application. Please check with UTSA Colleges for
International Program Scholarship opportunities (e.g.: the College of Liberal and Fine Arts – Bowen Scholarships,
College of Business International Program Scholarship).
